Growing up, Rashida was surrounded by the art of baking through her mum — a trained baker who studied at culinary school.
Some of her fondest memories were made watching, learning, and practicing side by side with her mother in the kitchen. Those early experiences planted the seed for what Luxetreats would one day become.
Years later, during lockdown, what began as a simple request from her sister for a birthday cake quickly turned into something more. With boldness and belief in her craft, Rashida began creating cakes for others — and as word spread, orders followed. What started with one cake quickly grew into something much bigger, laying the foundation for Luxetreats.
Luxury, to us, is found in the little things - in the quiet moments spent perfecting each recipe, in the care behind every finish, and in the love that goes into every bake. It’s about bringing you that comforting, homemade feeling, thoughtfully crafted in our kitchen and delivered to yours.
Today, Luxetreats has grown into an award-winning bakery, proudly recognised as Home Bakery of the Year Kent 2026/2027. From luxury custom cakes to our signature Cake & Sip experiences, every creation is made with intention, creativity, and care.
What started small has blossomed into a brand trusted by customers across Kent, London, and surrounding areas — all thanks to the continued support of our amazing community.
